AI Enablement Manager in Sales Operations (m/f/d)

We are looking for an AI Enablement Manager in Sales Operations (m/f/d) to join our team in our Munich office, working in a hybrid setup.

As an AI Enablement Manager in Sales Operations (m/f/d), you will drive efficiency and execution quality across our SME Sales team. You will analyze sales processes, identify bottlenecks, and solve them through the targeted use of AI tools and automation.

You will turn manual, repetitive tasks in the day-to-day sales environment into lean, automated workflows – helping us build a more productive and scalable sales organization.

Your Mission

• Process Analysis & Automation: Analyze existing sales processes, identify opportunities for increased efficiency, and develop AI-powered automations (e.g., for reporting, follow-ups, data entry, and lead routing).
• Tools & Pilots: Test and pilot new AI tools to improve sales processes and build simple internal tools and workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Knowledge Sharing: Continuously document efficiency best practices and share them with the team.
• CRM & Reporting: Support CRM data quality and maintenance, create new reports, and adapt existing reports (e.g., in HubSpot) to the needs of the sales organization.
• Process Ownership: Act as the SPOC for our SME sales processes and maintain and update process documentation as processes evolve.
• Revenue-Driving Programs: Work closely with our VP SME Sales to develop new revenue-driving programs and take ownership of selected implementation tasks.

• Dynamic Start-up/Scale-up Experience: You have experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can change at short notice, ad-hoc topics need to be solved pragmatically, and long-term changes are driven forward in parallel.
• Analytical Thinking: You think in a structured and analytical way and reliably identify process bottlenecks in the sales workflow.Hands-on AI Experience: You have strong practical experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, automation platforms, no-code/low-code tools, prompting) and build your own solutions.
• Automation Mindset: You identify repetitive manual sales tasks and replace them with automation and AI wherever possible.Curiosity & Initiative: You enjoy testing new tools (such as our pricing tool) and technologies and proactively contribute your ideas.
• Technical Understanding: You have a solid basic understanding of interfaces and integrations between different tools.
• Quick to Learn Reporting & CRM Tools: Deep prior HubSpot knowledge is not required – you are quick to learn new tools, with support from an experienced colleague available.
• Operational Attention to Detail: You work in a detail-oriented and reliable manner and ensure consistency across recurring processes.
• Process Ownership: You independently document processes and ensure they remain consistent and up to date.
• Executive-Level Collaboration: You enjoy working closely with leadership on new initiatives and reliably take ownership of assigned implementation steps.Language Skills: You communicate confidently in both German and English at C1 level, both verbally and in writing.
