What we’re building Our focus is on creating simple and intuitive experiences through modern UX/UI, automation, and AI-powered assistance , combined with support from our tax coaches. As a Senior Marketing Engineer , you will play a key role in helping us scale our acquisition through improvements in the acquisition funnel from the website into the web app. You will be the main contributor to launch new growth experiments with high potential growth impact. Watch here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tjCnEERVuqk Tasks As a Senior Full Stack Marketing engineer you work closely with the marketing team on growth experiments & improve the website: Build impactful experiments on the user onboarding flow from the website into the web app Implement A/B testing frameworks Optimise the tracking infrastructure & conversion event management Maintain a scalable, high-performance website Manage and extend the WordPress-based marketing website Mentor our internal Junior Frontend Engineer Implement and maintain integrations with tools such as: GA4, Firebase, Adjust, Meta ads SDK Requirements Full-Stack Development: 3+ years experience in Front-End & Back-End engineering Tech Stack: Comfortable with React, React-Native, NodeJS, MongoDB - Typescript Language Skills: Proficient in English (spoken and written) WordPress Expertise: Comfortable with WordPress Dev (WPML, PHP, ACF, custom theme), Tailwind and Javascript Nice to have: Marketing / Growth Tools: Hands-on experience integrating analytics and marketing platforms Web Performance & SEO: Understanding of page speed optimization, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO Benefits An international, highly motivated team of professionals A long-term perspective with growth and promotion opportunities Top working conditions with flexible hybrid work options Team events and offsites across Europe Opportunities for exchange with our Brussels office A steep learning curve with significant ownership and responsibility A clear career path The chance to work in a dynamic and creative environment The opportunity to contribute to a product that truly adds value for freelancers Urban Sports membership for fitness and wellness €100+ monthly net lunch expense coverage Full coverage of the Deutschlandticket for public transport Start: Now Sounds interesting?
